Absolutely, you and your group will have the whole vehicles to yourself. We are NOT a shuttle service where we will pickup multiple people along the way.
We are like other black car private transportation companies, although we differ with the level of service we offer for the money you will spend. We use dynamic pricing so depending on when you book, the price may be cheaper than ordering Uber Black. The lower prices are usually offered closer to your pickup date so that we can keep our chauffeur's busy and happy for time slots not already filled by the higher priced trips.
Our software will track your incoming flight down to the minute and notify your chauffeur of any delays automatically. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes we cannot guarantee an on-time pickup but we will do our best to move vehicles and drivers around to make sure you are picked up in a timely manner.If your flight changes or is canceled. Please notify us as soon as possible with the updated flight number to avoid being charged a no-show fee, which will be the full amount of your trip.
You will receive a text upon landing that welcomes you to Phoenix and includes a link. Once you click the link it will ask you about luggage. Then once you are ready to go, click the ready for pickup button and your driver will be notified that you are ready for pickup and share instructions where you need to go for pickup. It will also share the drivers phone, make and model of their vehicle and if available, photo of your driver.
Choose the time your flight is scheduled to arrive. We will track your flight and be there when your ready to be picked up. We allow 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic flights, and an hour of free wait time for international flights after the flight has gated at the terminal.
Our rates are dynamic and use several factors to give you a competitive quote, and allows us to fulfil the demand we have by enlisting great affiliates to make sure you have a consistant experience with the best drivers in the state. Early bookings are always cheaper. Rates are calculated based on number of vehicles available, events going on in the area, and several other factors including time of day and the cost of fuel.
Yes, we offer, booster seats, toddler and infant seats. You can add these on during the checkout process when booking online. There is a fee for the use of the seats. We charge this to keep the seats updated, and for the extra cost of having to pick up and drop off the seats between trips.
Our pricing is dynamic based on pickup time, day of the week and if their are special events going on, the prices may temporarily increase. We also do pricing increases based on fuel prices and the inflation rate.
As soon as you have finalized your plans, you should call or book your reservation online. We recommend as much notice as possible, especially during our busy season (September through May).
A major credit card is required to book your reservation. In most cases, your credit card will be charged the full amount 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip.
